Donny beating Werner to death in the Woods.
The Woods was the location in France where The Basterds, led by Lt. Aldo Raine, ambushed a German patrol. The only survivors of the German patrol were Sgt. Werner Rachtman, Private Butz and Ludwig.

Chapter Two - INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS
We see the Basterds looting dead German soldiers. Sgt. Werner Rachtman, Private Butz and Ludwig are the only German survivors left after an attack of the Basterds. Donny kills Werner and Hirschberg shoots Ludwig in the back. After Butz reveals the location of another German unit, Also Raine carves a swastika on the German soldier's forehead with his knife.
Behind the scenes
The scene was shot in Fort Hahneberg, which is actually in Germany[1].
