Paul Robert Rust (born 12 April 1981, Le Mars, Iowa, USA) is an American actor, comedian and writer.

Rust is best known as a stand-up and sketch comedian at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (UCB) in Los Angeles.

Rust starred in the Judd Apatow-produced Netflix series Love (2016–2018) alongside Gillian Jacobs. He co-created the show with his wife, Lesley Arfin.

He is best known for playing PFC Andy Kagan in Quentin Tarantino's film Inglourious Basterds (2009), though his character doesn't have a significant role in the film.
