Harvey Keitel (born 13 May 1939) is an American actor and producer.

Some of his most notable starring roles were in Martin Scorsese's Mean Streets and Taxi Driver (1976), Ridley Scott's The Duellists, Jane Campion's The Piano, Abel Ferrara's Bad Lieutenant, and James Mangold's Cop Land (1997). He also appeared in several of Quentin Tarantino's films, such as Reservoir Dogs (1992) and Pulp Fiction (1994). Along with actors Al Pacino and Ellen Burstyn, he was co-president of the Actors Studio between 1995 and 2017, considered "the nation's most prestigious acting school".

He voiced the unnamed OSS Commander in Inglourious Basterds (2009).
