Hand pumps are manually operated pumps, that use human power and mechanical advantage to move fluids or air from one place to another. Often they're used on farms or private houses to pump water from an underground reservoir, where running water isn't present.
Manual pumps consist of a lever and the body of the pump. They are made of cast iron. Such pumps are often used to draw water from a well or some other reservoir.
